Handmade products
All stoneware pieces are handmade, and they may differ slightly from the image you see of the item on the webshop. There will be no major deviations, but there may be slight differences in the nuances of the glaze, size, weight, color and processing. TYBO stoneware items are handmade products and each piece is made by the potter himself. This is not a mass production, where two products are completely identical.
We regard the uniqueness of our handmade products as a charm and therefore we do not consider ourselves responsible for small variations and do not consider such products as defective or damaged.
If you return your goods due to this circumstance, you will be liable for the shipping costs yourself. Every care has been made to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct and that the representation of colour is as accurate as the production and photographic process allows. However we are not to be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software, mobile phone or computer system used by the customer.
Purchase
When purchasing products from TYBO you must fill in your personal information such as name, address, phone number, email and payment information. Your purchase at TYBOartandcraft.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase.
Soon after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will receive the final order and shipment confirmation when the goods are registered and confirmed in stock.
The money will be withdrawn from your account when we ship your order and then you are able to track your order.

Payment
TYBO accepts VisaDankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, PayPal, MobilePay.
All prices include VAT.
Shipping in Denmark and Europe
Shipping in Denmark is free on orders over DKK 499.00. Shipping costs on orders under DKK 499.00 will depend on weight. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.
Shipping is free in Europe for orders over 150 EUR. For shipping of lower amounts the cost will depend on country and weight. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.
For Australia, Japan, Canada, Singapore and US there will be free shipping on all orders over 600 EUR. For shipping of lower amounts the cost will depend on country and weight. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.
For now TYBO ship to selected countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Greece; Singapore, Belgium, Canada, USA, Japan, Australia, Ireland and UK. The package will be delivered to your nearest post office, mailbox or pickup point.
Time of delivery
TYBO will pack and ship your package within 2 days.

You can also make an appointment with us if you wish to pick up your package at our showroom at Vesterbro Copenhagen. Please send us an email at info@tyboartandcraft.com if you wish to pick up the package yourself.
Guarantee
At TYBO, we provide a 24-month warranty, which means we will replace, refund or make a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. You can complain about defects and faults, that occurs within 24 months after the purchase. However, the guarantee does not apply to damage caused by wear, abuse or other injurious behavior. In all other aspects the Danish Sale of Goods Act about lack rules apply to purchases.

Return Policy
If you wish to return your order, please send us an email within the 14-day return deadline telling us that you wish to return an item. The 14-day return policy applies from the day you receive the product at your address or the day the parcel arrives at the parcel shop. Of course, the delivery time does not count. The amount will be credited to the credit card connected to the purchase – on all unused returned goods. Returned goods should be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. When you receive your order you will also receive a delivery note confirming what is in the package.
The returned goods must be packed in the same way as when the goods were received including the confirmation note, so that there is as little risk as possible that they will be damaged in the freight. Money is not refunded for returnable packaging, nor is money refunded for shipping cost.
When we receive your package and the goods are approved, we will credit the amount to your credit card or resend a similar item if requested. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at info@tyboartandcraft.com as soon as you notice.

Sustainability
TYBO believes in taking care of our world, and it’s something we try to do in all aspects of our business and personal life. We’re driven by the idea of a simple life surrounded by few, but well-crafted things made of natural materials. All our pieces are handcrafted and produce less energy than a mass production assembly line, which makes it more environmentally sustainable. Furthermore, we try to use as much as possible of recycled materials in our daily routines. This means that the package you receive from TYBO may have old stamps and stickers on it, because it might have been on another trip already. We use biodegradable fill for all packages.
