4 treasured ambassadors and their favourite cup

Whether you prefer coffee or tea, an espresso, or a chai latte, the right cup emphasizes the warm feeling it brings to your mind and all the way down into your toes. Have you found your favourite yet?

In this story, we introduce 4 of our treasured ambassadors, who share the story about their favourite cup and, last but not least, a product release. We introduce our new Eva cup and the warm person it has been named after.

Meet Kira
and Jeppe

The creative couple Kia & Jeppe are founders of FERN, which is a creative film and photo production company bridging the gaps between creativity and climateconsciousness. FERN represents a handpicked selection of the finest still photographers and film directors in the Scandinavian market.

“My favourite cup is the Aio Latte Cup because the size fits perfectly for my morning coffee. It is hard as stone and, at the same time, smooth as silk. The cup’s texture is so fine, and just like I do, when I look at a starry evening sky, I look for patterns on my cup. - While my 5-year-old is looking for monsters.” - Jeppe

hans-teacup

I LOVE my Hans teacup in light yellow. The colour, the idiom, the whimsical of it, and the elegance. My herbal tea or black coffee just tastes better in that cup. And when not filled with warm beverages, it is placed in front of the kitchens’ decorative shelf within reach of the eye – and hand for the next cup of hot brewed happiness.”- Kia

Stories favourie cup tybo Brian Buchard

Brian Buchard

Brian is a photographer, and in his own words, he’ll be so until it bores him or he comes up with a better idea, which probably won’t be right away. He is crazy about random but also likes to construct, and he gets inspired by all kinds of art.

“The Aio americano cup is my favourite in the mornings, where I drink most of my coffee. Such a double espresso with a little splash of milk. Is it called a Macchiato? The rest of the day is long and black, which makes me pour down another cup. But I really treasure all my TYBO cups.”

Laila

Laila has two passions. Yoga and candles. She teaches yoga and says that for her, it has become a way of being in the world. A way to think, act and meet other people, but mostly yoga has taught her to be present, and of course, it ensures a healthy body too. Her passion for candles has developed into becoming her own little business, Brandt Scent. She creates all kinds of candles; big, small, crazy, and fine scented candles, and as you might have seen, Laila makes them in different second-sorting TYBO cups with minor imperfections.

“While creating the perfect scented can- dle from the right materials to ensure it is responsible to drink from afterward, I had many TYBO cups in my hands. I have developed a special relationship with all of them, but if I can only choose one, my favourite is the Hans cup. It is the pret- tiest cup with lovely soft shapes. It sort of just fits perfectly in my hand, and I really enjoy having my tea from it. In our house, we only have one – and everyone knows it’s mine. And just mine.
